Ingredients: (For the base) 5 scan bran 28g cocoa powder 2 eggs half cup sweetener 6 x 250g tubs of Quark 56g flour 16 tablespoons sweetener 3 eggs 2 vanilla with chocolate sprinkle or plain vanilla muller light yogurts (For the topping) 1 muller light yogurt Seasonal fruit 1.5 syns per portion on Slimming World (19.5 syns the whole thing) Watch the method in the video:

One Minute Ketogenic Cheesecake

Ingredients 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp heavy cream 1 egg ½ tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp vanilla 2-4 Tbsp sugar substitute such as powdered erythritol or stevia (mix two or more for a better flavor) Combine all ingredients in a 1.5 cup microwave-safe bowl, and whisk until smooth. Place in microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds to remix ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Excellent topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream, or a homemade low carb chocolate sauce. (Count extra carbs if additions are made). Nutrition info per one-cup serving. Luscious Lemon Mousse

(Syn Free) There you go – free lemon mousse – perfect for dinner parties or scoffing on your own! Ingredients Grated rind and juice of 2 lemons 8 level tbsp canderel 3 eggs separated 2 tbsp hot water 1 sachet gelatine 6oz very low fat fromage frais 1 egg white pinch of salt OR cream of tartar Method 1. Put grated lemon rind and juice in a bowl with canderel and egg yolks. Stand over a saucepan of simmering water and whisk until lemon in colour (10- 15 minutes) 2. Pour hot water into a basin and sprinkle over gelatine – stand in a saucepan of simmmering water until gelatine has dissolved. 3. Stir dissolved gelatine into lemon custard mix and leave until beginning to set. Fold the fromage frais into the setting lemon mixture . 4. Whisk the 4 egg whites with the salt or cream of tartar until peaking and fold the setting lemon mixture in with a metal spoon. 5. Pour into a mousse dish and refridgerate for 2 – 3 hours.

Low Syn Chocolate Mocha Mousse | Slimming World Recipe

A really low syn delicious chocolate mocha mousse.. I love this and so much less sugar than the supermarket “low fat” chocolate desserts. These are 3.5 Syns each. Ingredients: (makes 4 mousses) 50g dark chocolate 50g Fat free natural Greek style yogurt 1 Tsp Cocoa powder Egg whites from 2 large eggs 2 Tsp Instant espresso coffee 1 Tbsp Sweetener Method: Separate the eggs and keep the egg whites only. Beat them until they form soft white peaks. Add the sweetener and beat until smooth. Store in the fridge. Meanwhile Place broken chocolate, 2 tbsp water, coffee powder and cocoa powder into a large heatproof bowl and place over a pan of boiling simmering water. The bowl must not touch touch the water. When the chocolate has completely melted, remove the bowl and add 2 tbsp of boiling water and stir. Add the yogurt to the chocolate and beat until smooth. Remove egg whites from the fridge and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture bit by bit with a metal

I think everyone who is on Slimming World is always craving a sweet chocolate treat. Well I can highly recommend these Curly Wurly Brownies. They are absolutely delicious and cut into 16 pieces this makes each section just 1 Syn. They make the perfect Easter treat or party food. Fab to take to your Slimming World meets too! I always use this brilliant brownie tray from amazon  here . It’s the perfect thickness for the brownies. Otherwise they tend to be a bit thin. Ingredients: 3 Medium Eggs 50g Self raising flour (6 Syns) Options caramel hot chocolate sachet (2 Syns) 2 Tsp Cocoa powder (1 Syn) 2 Tbsp of Sweetener 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract 1 x 26g Curly Wurly (6 Syns) 2 Tbsp Quark 2 Tsp Water Frylight Method: Spray a  Brownie tin  with Frylight to avoid sticking and preheat your oven to 180c. If you are having a choccie cake craving.. this recipe is perfect for you.. so easy to make too and only 2 syns!!!! Give it a go  Ingredients: – 3 tsps of options hot chocolate (or 1 sachet) (2 syns) – 1 egg – 1 tbsp sweetener – 2 tbsp Quark – 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (can be left out) Method: – Add your options, sweetener and cinnamon to a microwavable mug. – make a small well and add your egg and quark then stir well to form a paste. – Microwave for 1 minute.. check.. if it seems a little too soggy cook a little longer. Enjoy your chocolaty treat for only 2 syns!!! Try giving it a go with mint or orange options   Yummy!
